Welcome to Bikram Yoga, Kearny Mesa. Our mission is to enable you to take control of your health and wellbeing through a time proven series of beginning Hatha Yoga postures. Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 traditional yoga postures, therapeutic in nature, that heal the body from the inside out, bones to skin, finger tips to toes.
Don't think you have to get in shape before coming to class – that puts the cart before the horse! Come take your first class, and then take class as often as you possibly can and you will quickly lose weight, get in shape, and feel absolutely wonderful.
We have a 'First Timers Special' introductory price... $20 for your first week of unlimited yoga. Come as much as you want for 7 consecutive days and see for yourself what a little effort and a little sweat can do for you.
